Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa and Mastercard, together with any other payment method displayed as available at checkout. The methods actually shown at checkout are authoritative and can vary by device, location or payment provider.
Authorisation and charges
Payment must be authorised before an order is processed. Your issuer or payment provider may apply its own checks, exchange rates, fees or terms. We are not responsible for charges imposed independently by your bank or provider.
Payment security
Payments are processed using third-party payment services and secure checkout technology. KINN-WELD LTD does not normally receive or store your complete payment card number. We may conduct fraud-prevention checks and may request reasonable verification or decline/cancel an order where fraud, unauthorised use or a material pricing error is suspected.
Currency, VAT and receipts
The store’s checkout shows the transaction currency and total payable before you order. UK consumer prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment. VAT registration number: GB 344 3922 02. Order confirmations and receipts are sent electronically.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. See the Return & Refund Policy for timing and conditions.
